Application
1. Core Application in Transformer Coil Production
The machine is a dedicated equipment for transformer coil manufacturing, integrating foil winding and wire processing functions. It mainly serves the key links of coil conductor forming, lead wire connection and shielding layer processing, solving the pain points of low efficiency and poor consistency in traditional separate processes.
2. Application in Different Types of Transformer Coils
2.1 Power Distribution Transformer Coils
Realizes integrated processing of foil windings (copper/aluminum foil) and lead wires. It completes foil winding, wire cutting and terminal crimping in one step, ensuring the tight fit between the winding and the lead wire, and improving the current-carrying stability of the coil.
Adapts to the production of medium and low voltage distribution transformer coils (10kV and below), with adjustable processing precision to meet the size requirements of different capacity coils.
2.2 Power Transformer Coils
Used for the processing of large-capacity power transformer coil windings. It accurately controls the tension of foil and wire during processing, avoiding wrinkles of foil and deformation of wire, and ensuring the insulation performance of the coil.
Cooperates with insulation paper winding mechanism to realize the integrated processing of foil, wire and insulation layer, reducing the number of process transitions and improving production efficiency.
2.3 High-Frequency Transformer Coils
Suitable for the manufacturing of high-frequency transformer coils (such as switching power supply transformers). It realizes the precise matching of thin foil (thickness ≤0.1mm) and fine wire (diameter ≤0.5mm), ensuring the coil's high-frequency performance.
The high-precision positioning function ensures the alignment of foil turns and wire connections, reducing signal loss and improving the efficiency of high-frequency transformers.
